Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC in Istanbul (Levent) seeks a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist to manage and analyze commercial data, deliver insights, and improve CRM processes across Türkiye.

You will develop dashboards, support territory alignment, target setting, and incentive calculations using SQL, Python, Power BI, and ETL workflows in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, economics or related field.
• Strong English and Turkish communication skills, written and spoken.
• 2+ years in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Analysis or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, sales, and ad-hoc analyses per Business Unit needs.
• Manage in-market sales reporting, optimize workflows, and maintain related systems.
• Deliver monthly field force performance reporting across Business Units.
