Job summary

Alshaya Group in Turkey is seeking an Operations Services Specialist to join the Victoria's Secret department. The role focuses on analyzing sales data, driving commercial decisions, and ensuring reporting quality.

You will transform data into actionable insights, monitor performance indicators, and support strategic growth. Strong English, MS Office, and dashboard design skills are required, with a bias for analytical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering.
• 2+ years of sales/financial reporting and dashboard design experience with reporting technologies (MS Office, Qliksense, Power BI or similar).
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support departments and teams in understanding what commercial decisions and process improvements can be made through data.
• Analyze sales and profit data to turn into business insight.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales, profitability, and business performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Transform data into actionable insights and provide recommendations to drive performance and improvements.
• Analyze sales performance across markets, channels, and store formats to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end order operations, including order creation and data maintenance.
• Oversee monthly distributor closing activities and reconciliation for Non-Merchandise Products.
• Drive system efficiency and data quality initiatives and maintain reliable reporting structures.
• Manage field tracking systems and prepare sales excellence reports in collaboration with sales channels.
