Job summary

Alshaya Group Avrasya is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain team in Türkiye. The role focuses on developing processes, managing supplier relations, and tracking market trends to deliver cost savings across Eurasia.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of procurement experience, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize

• Experience in project management.
• Excellent command of English in both written & spoken.

• Ability to build relationships with people across the business (internally & externally).

Responsibilities

• Develop strong and effective process aligned with company needs.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers & improve their service along with market abilities.
• Follow up market price trends and report best pricing estimates for annual planning and business.
• Follow market trends and align with portfolio teams on strategy and supplier requirements.
• Closely follow market movements to capture advantages on market with changed cover periods.
• Develop sustainability strategy with suppliers and support building global portfolio road map.
• Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities to generate sustainable savings.
• Leading negotiations with suppliers and building the end-to-end process for successful deals.
• Verify supplier compliance and audits as part of negotiation.
• Develop cost models with suppliers to enable cover transparency.
• Set skilled negotiation with suppliers to gain savings and positive business impact.
• Manage end-to-end processes for all countries within the Alshaya Eurasia region.
