ROBINSON in Antalya, Turkey, seeks a Sales Manager ROBINSON (m/f/d) to manage and grow accounts, develop sales plans, and drive revenue across international markets. The role offers a hybrid setup with several remote days per week, interacting with clubs and global teams.

You will identify new markets, build partnerships, prepare proposals, and represent ROBINSON at events and trade fairs while monitoring trends and reporting performance.

• Relevant professional experience in Sales, ideally in tourism, hospitality or international environment.

As Sales Manager ROBINSON (m/f/d), you will manage and develop existing and new accounts and actively contribute to developing our international markets and achieving our sales and revenue targets.

The position is based in Antalya, Turkey, with the option to work remotely several days per week.

Your responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow existing and new accounts
• Develop and implement account and sales plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Proactively identify new markets, business opportunities and potential customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners and key internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare sales proposals and professionally follow up on business opportunities
• Represent ROBINSON on sales trips, at trade fairs, events and other international sales activities
• Monitor relevant market, competitor and travel trends and derive appropriate sales activities
• Analyse account performance and provide regular reporting on business development, potential and revenue opportunities
• Contribute to budgeting and commercial planning
• Work closely with our clubs and with Sales, Revenue, Commercial, Marketing and other relevant interfaces

What you bring

• Relevant professional experience in Sales, ideally in tourism, hospitality or a comparable international environment
• Experience in managing and developing accounts as well as acquiring new customers
• Strong customer and results orientation and a good understanding of commercial relationships
• Proactive, structured and independent way of working
• Confident manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills and an interest in identifying market and business potential
• Collaborative approach and enjoyment of working with international partners and interfaces
• Very good Turkish and English language skills. Additional language skills, particularly Russian and German, are an advantage
• Confident use of Microsoft applications and openness to new systems and technologies
