In your role as front office manager (m/f/d), you’ll be in charge of the club’s reception desk, whilst also acting as an organiser, motivator and quality manager. Together with your team at reception, you’ll ensure that our guests have everything they need from the moment they arrive until they leave. As Front Office Manager, you’ll not only be pulling the strings behind the scenes, but you’ll also be the smiling face at the forefront.
You hold all the strings in your hand. In your job as front office manager, you make sure that all activities in the front and back office run smoothly. You ensure that the contingent capacity utilization is optimal and take care of direct bookings. You’re always the first contact person and a real role model for your team – which also applies when you support other departments, such as during a welcome cocktail in the evening in front of the restaurant or on the theater stage.
Working in vacation destinations. As a front office manager at ROBINSON you can stay longer than any guest. Our club resorts are located in beautiful areas and directly on the ocean or close to the ski lifts. In your job as a front office manager, you cooperate not only with your colleagues at the club and the headquarters in Hanover but also with travel agencies and representatives.
