ROBINSON Club GmbH in Germany seeks a Family Manager (m/f/d) to plan and run a varied children's programme during day and evening, create shows, and ensure safe, joyful activities for young guests.

You’ll lead a friendly team, embrace new cultures, and live in one of our clubs for at least six months, enjoying free accommodation and meals while helping families create lasting memories.

Qualifications

• Educational training, e.g. as qualified childcare worker or experience in the recreational field for children and adolescents (au pair, boyscout leader, trainer at a sports club, etc.)
• Experience in teamleadership
• Enthusiasm for working and interacting with children
• Good English-language skills are desirable
• Resilience, flexibility and willingness to embrace new challenges
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Flexibility and a willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months

Put a smile on children’s faces – as a Family Manager (m/f/d) at ROBINSON

From story time to the pool olympics and football tournaments: as afamily manager (m/f/d), you’ll make children’s eyes light up and bring a smile to their little faces. How? It’s simple: you’ll plan and organise the varied programme of activities for children during the day and in the evening, help put together the children’s show, and keep an eye on the safety of the children taking part. With your creativity, you’ll inspire our youngest guests so much that they’ll be desperate to join in!
