Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency in MS Office applications
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar industry
• A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently, think analytically, and solve problems creatively
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, including working with international teams
• Flexibility to travel as required, with no travel restrictions

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with on-road and off-road industrial customers, providing tailored power solutions
• Drive sales of engines for buses, trucks, and construction machinery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market opportunities
• Lead the preparation and submission of bids for public and private tenders, analyzing technical and commercial specifications
• Provide technical support and guidance to industrial customers throughout engine installation and integration
• Spend significant time in the field across Turkey to oversee projects and customer interactions
• Tailor product configurations to meet customer needs
• Evaluate sales proposals for technical accuracy and compliance
• Visit potential clients to support sales initiatives
• Prepare and finalize order specifications
• Organize and plan marketing activities, including exhibitions, advertising campaigns, and customer surveys
