The role requires a university degree in engineering or related field, strong communication, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential. Office location: Istanbul, Turkey.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or sales support.
• Strong interest in technology, engineering solutions, and customer-facing sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support development of customized solutions based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to confirm technical feasibility of proposals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical support.
• Build and develop relationships with existing customers and local partners.
• Support sales activities with a focus on metal and mining industry.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
