Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs, Inc. in İzmir, Turkey, seeks a Sales Engineer to develop and grow sales across the Aegean region, engaging machinery manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.

You will identify opportunities, understand customer applications, provide Pepperl+Fuchs solutions, maintain CRM records, and travel regularly within the region to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Good command of English.
• Preferably 1+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Completed military service or exempt from military service (for male candidates).

Responsibilities

• Visit machinery manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators, and end customers to develop and follow up projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
• Understand customer applications and provide suitable product and solution recommendations.
• Develop strong product knowledge and provide preliminary technical support to customers.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, projects, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region.

Identify new business opportunities, understand customer applications and technical requirements, and provide suitable Pepperl Fuchs Product Range solution. Build long-term customer relationships and work closely with channel partners to achieve sales targets.**Role Responsibilities**· Visit machinery customers, OEMs, system integrators, and end customers on a regular basis to develop and follow up projects· Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts· Understand customer applications and technical requirements and provide suitable product and solution recommendations· Develop strong product knowledge and provide preliminary technical support to customers· Prepare and follow up quotations, projects, and sales opportunities· Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information in CRM systems· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners· Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements and share market intelligence· Work closely with internal departments and overseas offices to support customer projects and business opportunities· Participate in customer visits, seminars, exhibitions, and other sales and marketing activities· Conduct regular reporting and present project status, sales activities, and market developments to management· Travel regularly within the assigned region.**Role Requirements**· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics,Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.· Good command of English (written and spoken)· Preferably 1+ years of experience in sales.· Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills· Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach· Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned regionCompleted military service or exempt from military service (for male candidates)Are you excited about this opportunity?
