Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye invites you to join our global automotive team for a 9-month internship in Health, Safety & Environment. You will assist in implementing HSE practices, investigate incidents, and support training and reporting in İzmit.

You will gain exposure to environmental, health and safety management systems in a multinational manufacturing setting, while developing English communication and project skills. Accommodation support is provided.

Qualifications

• 4th year undergraduate student, or master's student in related Engineering departments (Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
• Strong communication, planning, organization, and reporting skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
• Team player with a proactive and responsible approach
• Previous internship or project experience in Health, Safety & Environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support occupational health and safety activities and contribute to the implementation of HSE practices across the organization
• Assist in the investigation and reporting of occupational accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities, drills, and awareness programs
• Support the planning, organization, and follow-up of occupational health and safety trainings
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, risk assessment studies, and HSE documentation
• Contribute to environmental, health and safety projects in cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Support the monitoring of legal compliance and HSE-related activities within the workplace
• Gain exposure to health, safety, and environmental management systems in a global manufacturing environment
