Job summary

CHERY is seeking a Technical Manager for on-site deployment of robotics products, client training, and hands-on support. You will bridge advanced technology with real-world environments, coordinating installation, network configuration, and system commissioning.

Fluent English, strong IT networking, and repair skills are essential. Travel for on-site assignments is expected, and you will work with an international team to deliver high-quality, reliable robotic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related IT field.
• Strong TCP/IP, routing/switching, Wi‑Fi, and Linux basics.
• Hands-on repair experience with robots or hardware.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain tech clearly.
• Fluent in English, reading docs and working with international teams.
• Interest in Robotics Industry and trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site deployment, installation, network configuration, and commissioning.
• Coordinate integration of robots into client IT environments.
• Conduct client training sessions and develop bilingual training materials.
• Perform on-site diagnostics and hardware repairs when needed.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product insights for R&D.
• Manage resources to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
