Job summary

CHERY is seeking a Regional After-Sales Manager to oversee authorized service centers across the Marmara region, focusing on performance, compliance, and training. The role requires 5+ years in automotive after-sales, regional management experience, and willingness to travel.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. The candidate will provide technical and operational support, coordinate training, and drive regional campaigns to increase parts and service sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry, preferably after-sales.
• Experience in regional management and knowledge of dealer/service operations is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Completed military service.
• Good command of English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of authorized service centers in the region and identify improvements.
• Analyze service metrics: customer satisfaction, efficiency, and parts/labor sales.
• Ensure compliance with Chery service standards and procedures.
• Provide technical/operational support to regional service teams; coordinate training needs.
• Lead regional after-sales campaigns to boost parts and service sales.
• Support technical and operational aspects of new service center setups.
• Prepare regular reports for the Senior After Sales Manager and offer strategic input.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and drive improvement actions.
