Partner Company in Turkey seeks an Income Reconciliation Accountant to manage high-volume reconciliations across digital platforms and ensure data integrity in accounting and fundraising systems.

You will support donor reporting, audits, and internal controls, while streamlining workflows and automating recurring tasks. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualificações

• Understanding of IFRS and accounting standards.
• Experience with international accounting and GAAP frameworks is beneficial.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Sun Accounting or NetSuite; experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to standardize workflows and improve controls and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, reliable, and methodical work style in a lean environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee income reconciliation and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Record revenue transactions and related entries; align data in CRM and systems.
• Prepare donor reporting and support annual reviews and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax rules, and policies.
• Assist with period-end closing and provide documentation for audits.
• Improve accounting systems and reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop reconciliation reports and dashboards using Excel/Sheets.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks and standardize templates.
• Collaborate with fundraising and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
