Deen, a fast-growing global fashion e-commerce company, seeks a Planning & Pricing Specialist/Senior Specialist. This on-site role in Istanbul focuses on demand forecasting, product planning, and price optimization across stores and online channels.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in planning/pricing, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency. E-commerce experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in merchandise planning, pricing, or stock management.
• Commercial acumen with price-margin understanding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and product planning for stores and online channels.
• Analyze sales trends to determine optimal stock levels.
• Create and monitor seasonal product and category planning; optimize rotation.
• Plan stock levels during campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports for stores and e-commerce.
• Provide actionable recommendations to meet sales goals.
• Contribute to pricing strategy and monitor price changes.
