Colgate-Palmolive in Istanbul is seeking a Retail Environment Manager to shape shopper strategies across our retail network. This role develops 5P priorities, conducts market and pricing analysis, and coordinates Go-to-Market plans with customer teams to drive sustainable sales.

You will manage day-to-day business within a mid-term strategic plan, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with Colgate’s values of caring and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Management Sciences, Economics, Administrative Sciences
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Environment, Shopper, preferably with a multinational FMCG company
• People management
• Fluent in English and Turkish

Responsabilités

• Distribute monthly price lists to customer development teams
• Manage GtN investment and adjust customer/RE plans to improve business results
• Develop fact based Go-to-Market plans and selling stories

• Manages day-to-day business in the context of a medium-term strategic plan

Reports to: Retail Marketing Team Leader

Scope of Responsibility

Retail Environment Manager develops strategies to proactively respond to shopper, customer, service provider and competitor trends that result in sustainable sales and share growth. Understands and leverages the factors that drive financial performance and pricing for retail environments.
