Qualifications

• Experience in operations, executive support, administrative coordination, investment operations, or related field is valuable.
• Proactive approach with ability to anticipate needs, manage follow-ups, and move projects forward independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling CRM records, financial documents, and operational data.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Comfort with CRM and productivity platforms such as Airtable, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Interest in using AI tools to summarize information, organize data, and streamline communications.
• Strong research and analytical skills to turn information into insights.
