Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager based in Turkey for a remote, strategic role focused on driving adoption and long-term value for technology accounts.

You will act as a trusted technical partner, translating complex topics into business outcomes, building relationships with executive stakeholders, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to resolve issues and influence product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technology role.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with source control systems (Git, SVN, Perforce).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience with web security concepts (OWASP Top 10).
• Background in DevSecOps or application security.
• Strategic thinking with ability to create actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers and build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Lead regular check-ins to assess adoption and needs.
• Create personalized success plans to increase adoption and value.
• Deliver executive business reviews with Sales.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and ensure follow-through.
• Advocate for roadmap improvements based on customer feedback.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product development.
• De-escalate urgent situations and manage churn risk.
