Job summary

Storyteller is hiring two Site Reliability / Production Engineers for remote work across Turkey. You will be the primary technical responder for live incidents within a UK-facing support window, assessing customer impact, investigating the system and taking proportionate action.

• Hands-on production engineers experienced in live incident response.
• Ability to assess customer impact, escalate appropriately and drive timely mitigations.
• Comfort using AI in triage while validating outcomes with real evidence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to live incidents and establish impact, severity and state.
• Investigate using logs, metrics, traces, dashboards and deployment history.
• Use AI in triage and diagnosis with validation against real evidence.
• Choose and execute proportionate mitigation, rollback or repair actions.
• Validate customer outcome recovery and communicate clearly to Support.
