Job summary

Insiderone is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional to join our team in a fully remote setup across Turkey. You will design robust automation systems, monitor SDLC, and help shape test strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver high-quality products.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA, strong English for technical docs, and experience with Selenium, Python/Java, ISTQB/ISEB/TMAP, and Agile testing practices. Turkish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in analyzing technical documents in English.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools, frameworks and processes.
• Familiar with ISEB/ISTQB/TMAP testing methodologies.
• Experience with functional test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Locust and Jenkins.
• Solid QA and Web development tools, concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python or Java.
• Knowledge of Agile Testing processes.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and initiative.
• Turkish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helps build and design a robust automation system.
• Monitors SDLC to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Predicts testing processes and develops test strategies.
• Attends internal client meetings and discusses weekly status with project leadership.
• Collaborates with infrastructure, implementation and improvements for automation framework.
• Regulates hardware/software requirements for test setup and ensures QA document quality.
• Examines QA artifacts and reports from QA Engineers.
• Identifies and manages risks proactively.
• Develops test strategies and adapts to new requirements.
• Supports continuous learning and team growth.
