Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist based in Turkey to own the end-to-end revenue cycle on a 100% remote basis.

You will manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation for construction projects, collaborating with project managers, sales, and customers to ensure accurate billing. The role emphasizes process optimization, automation, and financial reporting, with strong exposure to QuickBooks Online and industry-specific platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience in US-based companies, with A/R and revenue ops focus.
• Experience in construction, roofing, field services, or project-based environments.
• Proven experience in full estimate-to-cash or project billing cycle.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with JobNimbus/AccuLynx/CompanyCam.
• Experience with insurance billing, including estimates and supplements; Xactimate knowledge a plus.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills; able to drive to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue operations: invoicing, progress billing, receivables tracking, collections.
• Review invoices against contracts, insurance estimates, and approvals for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with project teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurers, and subcontractors on invoices and payments.
• Take ownership of collections with timely follow-ups to support cash flow.
• Support revenue reporting, job costing, and project-level financial analysis with accounting.
