Lever, Inc. in Turkey is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist to lead paid acquisition, high-ticket funnels, tracking, and optimization for an international client.

This hands-on contractor role focuses on Meta and Google Ads, GoHighLevel funnels, analytics, and SOP documentation, with remote work and weekly payments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in paid ads, strong English, and the ability to own systems end-to-end and train future team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels (1,500–5,000+).
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and familiarity with automation/CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Strong written English for ad copy, reporting, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; potential TikTok Ads in future.
• Monitor performance and optimize audiences, creative, messaging, hooks, budgets, and structures.
• Build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel (landing pages, checkout flows, follow-up sequences).
• Track lead journey from ad to conversion and resolve funnel issues.
• Maintain tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTM) for accurate attribution.
