Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Turkey, seeks an SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA) for a remote role. You will optimize and support SAP HCM solutions, focusing on TM, OM, and PA, translating HR requirements into configurations and ensuring data accuracy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, handle payroll-related integrations, test configurations, prepare documentation, and support implementation, upgrade, and support projects in a flexible, fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM TM/OM/PA.
• Solid understanding of PA actions, master data, and org structures in SAP HCM.
• Experience configuring SAP HCM Time Management: schedules, absence, quota processing.
• Familiarity with payroll integration in SAP HCM.
• Experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, operations, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional solutions and optimize HR processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare functional specs and maintain documentation.
• Effective communication with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM TM/OM/PA modules to meet business requirements.
• Analyze processes and stakeholder needs to design effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Manage employee master data, org structures, and HR processes for accuracy.
• Configure Time Management: work schedules, leave, absences, quota processing.
• Support payroll-related integrations with PA/TM modules.
• Gather requirements and translate into configurations with stakeholders.
• Conduct testing, investigate issues, troubleshoot, and implement resolutions.
• Prepare functional specs and project documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Contribute to SAP HCM implementations, support, and upgrades.
