Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Turkey, seeks an SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA) for a remote role. You will optimize and support SAP HCM solutions, focusing on TM, OM, and PA, translating HR requirements into configurations and ensuring data accuracy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, handle payroll-related integrations, test configurations, prepare documentation, and support implementation, upgrade, and support projects in a flexible, fully remote setup.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SAP HCM TM/OM/PA.
Solid understanding of PA actions, master data, and org structures in SAP HCM.
Experience configuring SAP HCM Time Management: schedules, absence, quota processing.
Familiarity with payroll integration in SAP HCM.
Experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, operations, enhancements, or upgrades.
Ability to translate requirements into functional solutions and optimize HR processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare functional specs and maintain documentation.
Effective communication with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA) based in Turkey.

In this role, you will help optimize and support SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a particular focus on Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA). You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, translate requirements into effective system configurations, and deliver enhancements that improve operational efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to accurate employee data management, streamlined organizational structures, and reliable time management processes. You will also support payroll-related integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Working across implementation, support, and upgrade initiatives, you will play a key role in maintaining system performance and ensuring that HR technology meets evolving business needs. Accountabilities

Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM modules, specifically Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA), ensuring reliable system performance and alignment with business requirements.

Analyze business processes and stakeholder needs to recommend, design, and implement effective SAP HCM solutions and system enhancements.

Manage and maintain employee master data, organizational structures, personnel administration actions, and related HR processes to support data accuracy and consistency.

Configure and optimize Time Management functionalities, including work schedules, absence and attendance management, and quota processing.

Support payroll-related integrations with SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Time Management modules, helping ensure accurate and consistent data flows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing processes, and translate functional needs into appropriate system configurations.

Conduct system testing, investigate technical and functional issues, troubleshoot errors, and implement appropriate resolutions.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and support materials to ensure clear communication and maintain reliable project documentation.

Work closely with technical teams to coordinate custom developments, system enhancements, and integrations with other HR platforms.

Contribute to SAP HCM implementation, support, and upgrade projects, helping maintain system stability and continuously improve HR operations.

Requirements

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM, particularly Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).

Possess a solid understanding of Personnel Administration actions, employee master data management, and organizational structures within SAP HCM.

Have practical experience configuring SAP HCM Time Management, including work schedules, absence and attendance management, and quota processing.

Understand payroll-related processes and integrations involving SAP HCM PA and TM; familiarity with SAP Payroll integration is highly desirable.

Bring experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, ongoing system operations, enhancements, or upgrade projects.

Have the ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex system issues and deliver effective resolutions.

Be comfortable preparing functional specifications, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.

Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technical professionals.

Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, with a strong commitment to system quality, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
