Job summary

Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) is seeking a Sales Support Executive to assist our Istanbul-based remote team. The role focuses on sales operations, customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in sales support, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word), SAP experience a plus, and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales support or administrative roles.
• Industry experience in Pulp & Paper, Packaging, or International Trade preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on payments and support accounts receivable (AR) collections.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and handle sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfilment and resolve any issues.
