Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Processing Analyst to move loan files from intake through underwriting and closing. You will review documents, coordinate with underwriting, title, valuation, and closing teams, and ensure SLAs and accuracy. The role requires 1–3 years in banking or finance and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of banking or finance experience, preferably in lending.
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage condition clearing and documentation workflows.
• Monitor pipeline progression and SLAs.
• Ensure loan files meet quality standards.
• Coordinate activities across underwriting, title, valuation, and closing.
• Resolve bottlenecks and escalations.
• Maintain workflow controls and process documentation.
