Job summary

Jobgether in Turkey is seeking a Product Manager – Administration & Governance for a partner company. You will shape how organizations adopt a shared development platform, enabling self-service onboarding while enforcing identity, permissions, auditing, and spend controls.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, sales, and customer success to transform needs into scalable product experiences in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products with governance needs for platform and IT teams.
• Understanding enterprise infra responsibilities and identity management.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
• Strong written communication and ability to work asynchronously in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Make project creation and onboarding self-service through the platform or portals.
• Develop a unified administration experience giving visibility across projects and resources.
• Define ownership, access rights, boundaries and team permissions for independent operation with oversight.
• Collaborate with platform, IT, security, and finance to translate requirements into controls.
• Define progression from experimentation to production with governance evolution.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to scale early implementations.
• Define success metrics and implement end-to-end product measurement.
