Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to join an international, fully remote team focused on fintech and blockchain-based services. You will be the primary contact for users and partners, guiding them through payment processes, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous service improvements.

The role requires strong English and Russian skills, experience in customer support within fintech or digital payments, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Russian communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries, including transaction status and troubleshooting.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners clearly.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve payment and account problems.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers to improve platform performance.
• Document user feedback and contribute to product improvement for payments and services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and incidents in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Contribute to FAQs and knowledge bases for self-service support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows and increase efficiency.
• Cover a 3/3 rotating schedule with two day shifts and one night shift.
