Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure based in Turkey to shape core systems enabling secure, scalable money movement across markets and currencies. You will own the technical roadmap for payment rails, settlement, ledgers, and virtual accounts, collaborating with Engineering, Treasury and Compliance to deliver reliable, compliant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years in payment infrastructure, rails, ledger systems, or core banking platforms.
• Strong technical fluency able to discuss APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, and reliability.
• Professional English fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure, including rails, ledgers, settlement engines, and virtual accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Treasury, and Compliance to align infrastructure with regulatory and business needs.
• Define payment routing strategies and currency conversion, covering cross-border settlement across diverse networks.
• Lead integrations with banking partners and liquidity providers while balancing cost, speed, and reliability.
• Document capabilities and partner integrations to support Product and go-to-market teams.
