Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist for a fully remote, 3-month contractor role with ASAP start. You will design and manage end-to-end lifecycle programs across email, in-app messages, and push notifications to boost activation, conversions, renewals and retention.

You will build automated journeys, segment audiences, run AB tests, and work closely with product and marketing teams to optimize messaging while ensuring GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing within a consumer subscription business.
• Hands-on experience building automated campaigns and journeys using Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to independently build segments and optimize performance.
• Experience managing email deliverability and list health, with privacy considerations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage lifecycle programs for onboarding, activation, conversion, renewals, and win-back campaigns.
• Build automated email journeys and personalized communication flows across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to convert free users to paying subscribers through targeted messaging and offers.
• Develop re-engagement campaigns to reactivate inactive users and existing segments.
• Create audience segments using behavioral, product, and subscription data.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to optimize in-app messaging, push notifications, and other channels.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and offers.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and engagement metrics.
• Analyze results and connect lifecycle initiatives to revenue, conversion, and retention outcomes.
• Ensure privacy compliance and consent management across communications.
