Job summary

Bodor Laser is seeking a skilled service engineer to support customers worldwide by delivering remote technical assistance and on-site service when needed. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on automated CNC laser machines and provide timely resolutions.

You will interpret drawings, update spare parts lists, and coordinate field activities while maintaining high safety standards. Fluency in English or Turkish is required, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechatronic or related field.
• 2 years’ experience on automated CNC machines.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel locally/domestically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary remote technical contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
• Assist customers and field personnel in troubleshooting machine issues.
• Monitor, track, and manage service requests with proper documentation.
• Coordinate service schedules within territory for optimal machine performance.
• Provide technical training remotely or on-site.
• Prepare detailed service and failure analysis reports.
• Travel within territory up to 25% as needed.
