Job summary

Bodor is seeking a support technician in Turkey to serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing direct assistance with laser machines through phone, email, and on-site visits. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing repair schedules, and providing training.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in mechatronics or engineering with at least 2 years of experience in automated CNC machines, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Fluency in English or Chinese and Turkish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with automated CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Fluency in English or Chinese and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for laser machines through various channels.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Develop and maintain parts lists and stock communication.
