Job summary

Fame Marketing is a fast-growing U.S. e-commerce company seeking an Inventory Management & Logistics Specialist to support our multi-channel operations.

You will own day-to-day health of inventory across marketplaces and warehouses, monitor stock levels, plan shipments, and forecast replenishment. You will reconcile data, communicate with warehouses and freight partners, produce reports that drive operational planning, and coordinate across time zones with suppliers, carriers, and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA inbound shipments.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy claims.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international coordination.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Remote-ready and proactive with strong follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time inventory across channels and warehouses.
• Plan and track inbound/outbound shipments and labeling requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Forecast replenishment using sell-through, seasonality, and lead times.
• Create weekly inventory, shipment, and performance reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and manage reimbursement cases with partners.
• Communicate clearly with global warehouses in English.
