Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Content and Editorial to shape content strategy for a growing tech-focused business in Turkey. You will lead a small writing team, setting high standards for clear, engaging, and accurate content while integrating AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.

You will work with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align content with customer needs and business goals, owning editorial direction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Editorial leadership experience managing small teams of writers and maintaining high standards.
• Outstanding editing and copywriting skills with ability to polish drafts into compelling material.
• Practical AI content tool usage to create, edit, and improve content while maintaining quality.
• Comfort using content metrics to evaluate results and guide decisions.
• Strong editorial judgment with ability to test ideas and measure impact.
• Background in technology, software, SaaS, or technical content.
• Ability to connect editorial priorities with customer needs and product positioning.
• Independent, proactive working style with ownership and problem-solving.
• Curiosity to understand products, customers, and business models, plus collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to quality over volume in editorial outputs.
