• Editorial Quality and Standards: Establish and maintain high editorial standards, reviewing and refining content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, engagement, and practical value for readers.
• Hands-On Editing and Copywriting: Improve drafts through thoughtful editing, restructuring, and rewriting, identifying opportunities to strengthen messaging, storytelling, readability, and overall impact.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Develop and optimize AI-supported content workflows that improve productivity while ensuring outputs meet rigorous editorial standards and provide genuine value to readers.
• Writer Management and Development: Lead a small team of skilled writers, providing editorial guidance, constructive feedback, and clear expectations to strengthen individual capabilities and overall content quality.
