Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks an AI Support Operations Specialist based in Turkey. You’ll own and optimize an AI-powered customer support agent, improving its accuracy, escalation, and overall customer experience in a fully remote, international setting.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to refine workflows, test new AI features, and drive measurable service improvements while ensuring smooth handoffs to humans when needed.

Formación

• Hands-on Intercom Fin configuration and optimization with measurable results.
• Clear, empathetic customer-facing writing and strong judgment.
• Experience identifying performance patterns and root causes.
• Ability to discuss integrations and workflows with engineering teams.
• Interest in AI-powered support technologies and experimentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI support agent effectiveness and improve resolution rates.
• Collaborate to keep AI knowledge accurate and up-to-date.
• Analyze resolutions and escalations to identify root causes.
• Design tests and measure impact of changes.
• Refine AI behavior and workflows for clarity and empathy.
• Ensure smooth human handoffs when needed.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI across products.
• Monitor new Intercom features and experiments.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance to improve capabilities.
• Report performance insights to leadership.
