Growth Agency, a partner based in Turkey, is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer to own paid advertising for DTC eCommerce brands worldwide. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, test creatives, and optimize for real profitability while working in a fast-paced, accountable environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Fluent English communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Profit-focused advertising strategies aiming at real business profitability beyond ROAS.
• Practical experience with Google Ads formats: Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Knowledge of GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including strategy, budgets, and client communications.
• Develop performance-driven strategies focused on profit and growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize shopping feeds with the feed management specialist.
• Conduct testing and write compelling ad copy; implement structured testing frameworks.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable optimizations.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency, and profitability to show tangible outcomes.
• Communicate developments and recommendations to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain notes during strategy discussions and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Own results and refine approaches through experimentation and data analysis.
