ING Hubs Türkiye in Istanbul seeks a Customer Journey Expert to own complex channel delivery across payments and digital banking. You will shape multi-stream roadmaps, translate strategic needs into scalable solutions, and guide teams across continents while ensuring regulatory and operational readiness.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Amsterdam and other ING locations, drive measurable client outcomes, and mentor teams in agile delivery practices while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• 5+ years in product delivery, business analysis, or digital banking.
• Ability to work independently and guide stakeholders.
• Experience owning multi-stream delivery from discovery to rollout.
• Strong testing, operational readiness and delivery documentation.
• Expertise in transaction banking, digital channels or APIs.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and stakeholder influence.
• Experience improving Agile delivery practices in distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English across cultures.

Responsibilities

• You are part of a global delivery team based in Istanbul, collaborating with NL and other ING locations.
• You report to the Product Delivery Lead FI & Channels in Amsterdam.
• You focus on complex delivery outcomes for channel propositions from discovery to adoption.
• You execute delivery, challenge priorities and drive executive decisions.
• You raise capability through coaching and standards across delivery practices.
• You translate priorities into epics, features and acceptance criteria.
• You lead refinement, prioritisation and risk management with your team.
• You bridge business and technology by simplifying complexity and guiding design.
• You drive stakeholder alignment across countries and operations.
• You lead rollout and adoption for multi-country changes and readiness.
• You safeguard secure 24/7 operations by root-cause analysis and remediation.
• You shape quarterly objectives and provide transparent progress insights.
