Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye seeks a Customer Journey Expert - Payments to shape and deliver next‑gen payment solutions for Corporate and FI clients. You will own end-to-end delivery across SEPA, Domestic and International Payments, collaborating with Wholesale Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Engineering to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate blends product, business analysis and delivery management with a solid understanding of payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in product delivery, business analysis, or payments/digital banking.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements for tech teams.
• Knowledge of SEPA, Domestic or International Payments is a plus.
• Experience in Agile and with distributed international teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Turkish is an advantage for local collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for SEPA and Domestic/International Payments initiatives, from planning to go-live and optimization.
• Translate product priorities and regulatory requirements into clear epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and execute functional and user acceptance testing with clear evidence of acceptance.
• Support rollout activities, including readiness and handover to service/ops teams.
• Monitor product usage and incidents, translating insights into improvements.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security and Data stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Contribute to quarterly objectives with transparent progress, risks and decisions.
