Job summary

Eaton is looking for a Sales Support Representative who speaks German to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue in Turkey. You will be responsible for managing sales leads, educating customers about products, and generating service quotations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of sales experience, preferably in electrical or IT sectors. This position includes flexible working solutions and offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in electrical/IT/telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of software applications and customization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell distributed services and products via phone or e‑mail.
• Generate and follow up service quotations sent to customers.
• Provide follow‑up on ongoing quotes until receiving Purchase Order.
• Proactively contact customers based on generated leads to increase service revenue.
