You are the voice of Growth OS in words. Ad copy, landing page copy, email sequences, social media copy, and CTA optimisation. Every word is a performance variable — tested, measured, iterated. You work in a multilingual environment (EN/TR minimum), localising with cultural adaptation. You don't write creative — you engineer conversions.

What you'll operate:

• Ad copy, landing page copy, email sequences, and social media copy production
• CTA optimisation and conversion-focused copywriting
• Multilingual copy adaptation (EN/TR minimum) with cultural localisation
• Copy variant production for A/B testing and creative test matrices

What the system requires:

• 2+ years in copywriting with a focus on performance or direct response
• Fluent English and Turkish — native-level writing in both
• Data-driven mindset — you measure your words by their conversion impact
• You write for systems, not awards. Every word earns its place.
