Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement based in Turkey. You will lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with priorities and measurable outcomes.

You’ll work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners, translating complex needs into actionable plans while fostering governance, risk management and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or transformation initiatives
• Degree in PM, business, marketing, commerce, communications, journalism, digital media or related discipline preferred
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, discovery workshops, and process mapping
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives through full lifecycle
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, dependencies, schedules and governance
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, process mapping and solution-definition
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes and escalation to sponsors
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants and external stakeholders
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments and decision materials
• Support backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across communications, marketing, digital, events and partnerships
• Strengthen governance and project management maturity through improved practices
• Coach stakeholders on effective delivery, governance and collaboration
