Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a DevOps + Go Platform Engineer based in Turkey. You will build and evolve an internal developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem spanning on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The role merges Go development with advanced infrastructure work to improve deployment reliability and developer experience. You will own investigations, drive improvements from discovery through implementation, and collaborate across R&D, QA, SRE, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DevOps or Platform Engineering at senior level.
• Hands-on experience with on-premise infrastructure hardware and infra issues.
• Production Go development experience for tooling or backend services.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise.
• Solid GitLab CI/CD knowledge.
• Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• IaC with Terraform and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Support and improve infrastructure across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop and refactor internal platform tools and services in Go.
• Investigate environments, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements.
• Optimize staging and episodic environments for performance and cost.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strengthen observability with Grafana, OpenSearch, Prometheus, etc.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, SRE, and infra teams to improve developer workflows.
• Work with Windows Server and Hyper‑V environments when needed.
