Job summary

Cressoft is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer for its Cloud PaaS team. You will design, deliver, and operate a modern self-service Kubernetes platform used by millions weekly. This hands-on senior role influences platform architecture, reliability, and engineering standards.

You'll own architecture, development, and operation across Azure/AWS, AKS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Crossplane, and Vault, writing production-grade code in TS, Go, Python, or Bash. Remote with Turkey residency.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience building Widescale Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions at scale.
• Infrastructure-as-Code expertise, preferably Terraform.
• Production-quality coding in TypeScript, Go, Python, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, development, and operation of a large-scale Kubernetes-powered PaaS.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define the technical roadmap.
• Build and operate platform capabilities at enterprise scale.
• Design for reliability, fault tolerance, and operability; participate in out-of-hours support.
• Enable the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.

We’re hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Cloud PaaS team, where you’ll help design, deliver, and operate a modern self-service Kubernetes platform supporting hundreds of developers across multiple application teams. Your work will directly enable a fast, secure, and reliable platform that underpins digital experiences used by over 20 million customers every week. This is a hands-on, senior role with real influence over platform architecture, reliability, and engineering standard

• Be DoingOwn the architecture, development, and operation of a large-scale Kubernetes based PaaSWork closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and deliver the technicalroadmap

What You’ll Need to Know & Show

• Extensive hands-on commercial experience with AWS Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, including CI/CD and GitOps practices
• Experience building or working with internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions at scaleInfrastructure-as-Code experience, ideally using TerraformAbility to write production-quality code in TypeScript, Go, Python, or Bash
• Experience working in fast-paced DevOps environments
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, security, and auditing
• Solid knowledge of Service Operations, SRE principles, and ITIL responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Pragmatic, empathetic, and collaborative approach when working with teams and stakeholders
