Job summary

Docplanner is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer based in Türkiye to own the infrastructure behind our Turkish products. You will run production Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS, migrate databases from RDS to Kubernetes, and ensure data residency and audit readiness for Ministry of Health certification.

The role requires deep Kubernetes expertise, production-grade operational experience, and collaboration with local compliance and global Core Platform teams. Turkish language fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operating production infrastructure.
• In-depth Kubernetes knowledge with production exposure.
• Experience with AWS EKS, networking and storage.
• Fluent professional English and native Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Run the Kubernetes platform for the Turkish products: clusters, autoscaling and observability.
• Migrate databases from RDS to Kubernetes on EKS using an operator and safe rollback.
• Own platform compliance evidence: data residency, encryption and audit trails.
• Maintain high availability and zero-downtime deployments for PHP, .NET and Node.js workloads.
• Deliver via GitOps (Argo CD) with cross‑cluster networking and Datadog observability.
