Job summary

Docplanner Türkiye is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to own the infrastructure behind our Turkish products. You will run production Kubernetes workloads on AWS, migrate databases from RDS to EKS, and operate PHP, .NET and Node.js apps with high availability.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Practice Adoption, and Global Core Platform teams to ensure data residency, encryption and audit readiness while scaling in Türkiye.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure.
• Kubernetes inside out, including stateless and stateful workloads.
• Experience running a Kubernetes operator in production.
• AWS in depth: EKS, networking, storage, identity, multi-AZ design.
• Scaling and high availability: autoscaling (KEDA/Karpenter).
• GitOps (Argo CD) and deployment strategies.
• Networking: ingress, cross-cluster communication.
• Observability: Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Security: encryption in transit and at rest, secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Run the Kubernetes platform for Turkish products: node lifecycle, upgrades, autoscaling, networking, observability.
• Lead the migration of relational databases from RDS to databases on EKS with an operator.
• Own the platform’s compliance evidence: data residency, encryption, secrets, and audit artifacts.
• Maintain high availability: zero-downtime deployments and safe releases across PHP, .NET and Node.js.
• Deliver through GitOps: Argo CD structures and deployment strategies.
• Design and debug networking across clusters and VPCs; ensure controlled egress to Ministry systems.
• Build observability with Datadog and ensure log/audit readiness.
• Operate migrated databases: failover, upgrades, capacity planning, incident response.
