Job summary

Docplanner is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Türkiye to own the infrastructure powering our Turkish products. You will run production Kubernetes workloads on AWS, migrate databases from RDS to Kubernetes, and operate PHP, .NET and Node.js apps within a compliant, scalable platform.

You will collaborate with the Practice Adoption and Core Platform teams to ensure data residency, encryption, and audit readiness for regulatory certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure.
• Kubernetes in production with stateless/stateful workloads.
• Experience migrating relational databases to Kubernetes.
• Professional English (B2+) and native Turkish.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the Turkish Kubernetes platform: node lifecycle, upgrades, autoscaling, observability.
• Lead migrating RDS to Kubernetes databases with a rollback plan.
• Move applications and data plane to the Turkish platform.
• Support Ministry audits: data residency, encryption, audit evidence.
• Maintain high availability of PHP/.NET/Node.js with zero-downtime releases.
• Deliver via GitOps (Argo CD) with cross-cluster networking.
• Build observability with Datadog and define SLOs and alerts.
