Job summary

Rototip is hiring a Customer Success & Service Specialist to coordinate projects across Europe with our manufacturing team. The role focuses on tendering, pricing discussions, and ensuring clear customer communication. You will engage with engineers and manage the flow of information and expectations.

Ideal candidates will have strong English, near-native reading/writing, and a passion for manufacturing tech. A startup-friendly environment offers growth and impact within a small founding team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required; near-native reading/writing is essential.
• Ability to deliver results independently with minimal supervision.
• Project management skills or keen interest to learn.
• Eagerness to work at a startup and grow with Rototip.
• Desirable: experience with manufacturing tech and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet tender discussions and pricing with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Read technical drawings to set customer expectations.
• Meet customers online to identify project requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules with internal teams.
• Keep customers informed on preparations, production, and delivery.
• Respond to requests within SLAs and manage documentation end-to-end.
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction throughout the project.
