Roicool is seeking a Project Manager to supervise scope, time and budget for client projects across Performance Marketing, SEO, and Webflow development. You will coordinate remote teams and serve as the central client contact to achieve ROI-driven outcomes.

You will lead kickoff meetings, craft project plans, and monitor progress with modern tools. Strong organization, negotiation and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as Project Manager at a digital marketing or web agency.
• Experience managing Performance Marketing, SEO, and Web Development projects.
• Mastering Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client kick-off meetings and clarify project scope, goals and deadlines.
• Be the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle and manage expectations.
• Create project plans, assign tasks, and track progress using project management tools (Zoho preferred).
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (Performance, SEO, Webflow).
• Identify risks, prevent scope creep, and propose timely solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Deliver ROI-focused status updates and reports to customers.
