Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking an Operations Member Representative to support individuals via a call center oriented role. You will oversee ISP-driven outcomes, advocate for participants, and guide Direct Support Professionals, all while coordinating with care teams and ensuring compliant documentation.

The position is fully remote with a single in-office day per month at our Ankara office, requiring flexible shifting and strong communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in case management or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads and support ISP goals.
• Train and supervise Direct Support Staff as needed.
• Monitor care services and participate in required meetings remotely.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate case notes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and privacy requirements.
• Support during crises and holidays as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams across time zones.
• Rotate shifts and maintain regular communication with U.S.-based teams.
