Alignerr is seeking a Turkish Language Expert (AI Training) for a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will review and improve AI-generated Turkish content to ensure naturalness, accuracy, and cultural relevance for real Turkish speakers, working independently on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are native or near-native Turkish speakers with strong written Turkish and a keen eye for detail, ready to contribute to ongoing AI project work with potential for future engagements.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a deep command of Turkish and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Turkish translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
• Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish
• Strong written communication skills in Turkish
• Solid command of contemporary Turkish usage across different contexts and registers
• Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a variety of topics
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
